Shandra Coenen

 

 

 

Shandra graduated from Cajon High School in 2005 where she participated in soccer, theatre, and video broadcasting. Upon graduation she was employed at the Riverside County Sheriff's Department for six years until she decided to pursue her love of sports, human anatomy, and helping others. She was accepted into Loma Linda University's Physical Therapist Assistant Program where she received academic honors including Dean's List, and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2014. Upon graduation Shandra was approached by one of her professors to assist teaching Gross Anatomy to other students. Shandra currently works at Optimis Sport PT in Pacific Palisades, and also enjoys assistant teaching Orthopedics I and II for the Physical Therapist Assistant Program at Loma Linda University. Shandra plans on continuing her education to obtain her Doctorate in Physical Therapy, and eventually opening her own clinic in the near future.
