Natalie Fajardo

 

Natalie Fajardo is a student affairs professional currently working as the Assistant Director at the Center for Diversity and Inclusion at Radford University. Her higher education experiences include: peer advising, student activities, and diversity education. Her areas of interest include: Asian identity development and diversity and inclusion excellence. She received her Master of Science degree from the University of Central Missouri's College Student Personnel Administration (CSPA) program. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences from CSUSB.  She is a passionate and ambitious individual committed to enhancing student growth and development.
