Katie Ahles

 

Katie Ahles grew up in Mammoth Lakes, California. She moved to San Bernardino her freshman year of high school and graduated from Cajon in 2008. At Cajon she was a varsity soccer player, swimmer, IB student, member of ASB, and participated in Best Buddies. After high school she attended Texas Tech University and received her B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Legal Studies.

 

Katie recently graduated with her J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School. During her time at CU Law she has worked as a legislative research fellow for Colorado State Senator Irene Aguilar, is the Resource Editor for the Volume 86 University of Colorado Law Review, a student attorney for the Colorado Health Equity Project and volunteers with food bank of the rockies. Additionally, she is a law clerk at a small-size family law firm in Denver, Colorado where she will continue on as an associate attorney in the fall. In her spare time Katie enjoys skiing, attending Denver Bronco and University of Colorado football games, and traveling.
