Dawn Becar

Dawn-Noel Becar was born and raised in San Bernardino, CA. She attended Palm Elementary, Richardson Prep High, and Cajon High School. At Cajon she served as Freshman Vice President, Junior Student Representative, and Senior Class President in Student Council and was heavily involved in a variety of clubs, sports teams, church leadership positions, and volunteer work. After graduating in 2008 she left to attend Brigham Young University (BYU) in Utah. In 2011, she graduated with her BS in Economics and a minor in Business Administration.

After graduation, she left to serve a mission for 18 months as a representative of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in the Dominican Republic. She gained a great amount of love for the culture as she became accustomed to the language, music, food, and humble people. Returning home after her mission, she was inspired to move back to Utah where she began working as the Administrative Assistant in the BYU Registrar's Office. In this role, she enjoys learning more about education administration and serves as a vital team member of the Registrar's team.

In her free time, Dawn-Noel enjoys working out, learning new sports, trying new food, dancing, and finding volunteer opportunities. She is currently training to run her first Ragnar Relay and also serves as the secretary of the Orem Exchange Club of Timpanogos, a non-profit which raises funds for MS patients in Utah.
