Amber House

Amber House (fka Amber Green) is a 2004 graduate of Cajon High School, where she was a four-year varsity member of Basketball and Track & Field, a leader in ASB and a participant in the International Baccalaureate Program. Following high school, Amber went on to obtain her degree in Economics from UC San Diego where she competed as a collegiate sprinter for the Women’s Track & Field team, earning an All-American title.

 

In 2014, she earned her Master’s in Business from the University of Wisconsin-Madison’s Wisconsin School of Business where she specialized in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics. While in business school, she served as the Co-President of the Diversity in Business club, lead the annual Real Estate Career Fair and completed an internship at Starbucks’ Corporate Headquarters within their Global Real Estate Portfolio Strategy group.

Following business school, Amber joined Northwestern Mutual’s Real Estate Investment group as an Underwriter, and was promoted a year later to her current role of Market Associate. Amber is currently responsible for sourcing, underwriting and structuring new debt and equity investments across major commercial real estate assets throughout Southern California. Since joining Northwestern Mutual, Amber has underwritten over $4.8 billion of investment activity including mortgage and construction loans, joint venture developments, and real estate acquisitions. In her free time, Amber enjoys comedies, Salsa dancing, snowboarding and volunteering her time in the community.
