Cajon High 

Alia graduated from the IB program at Cajon High School in 1998. She went on to UCLA where she earned a BA in English Literature and a BS in Psychobiology. She was active in several labs on campus, including a genetics lab and a cognitive science lab where her mentors were developing a robotic eye. To help pay for her schooling, she also worked part time as an accounts manager for a small publishing company. Although she enjoyed science and math, she decided the creative arts were her true passion, and after graduation she opted to pursue a career in the film industry. She began by interning with a talent management company. She went on to work as an assistant at a literary agency. She is currently the accounts executive and sometime copywriter at Mark Woollen & Associates, a movie and TV marketing company.
